A three tiered wedding cake made from: lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon buttercream, raspberry and white chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream and a salted caramel sponge with salted caramel buttercream. These were all decorated with handmade sugar roses and butterflies. It was topped with handmade sugar figures of the bride, groom and their daughter Amelia Rose. These sugar figures can also be kept as a keepsake.
