Having known Meg for many years, it was a privilege to be asked to be a very small part of her day. Meg and Shawn opted for a three tiered cake made of: double chocolate chip sponge for the base, Baileys with caramel sponge for the middle tier and a gluten free white chocolate and raspberry top tier. All decorated with real red roses from Meg’s mum. Despite all of the restrictions, the most important thing for Meg and Shawn was for them to get married as planned #loveisnotcancelled
