A very special cake made for my eldest daughter’s wedding! 5 tiers of sponge consisting of: white chocolate and raspberry, salted caramel, chocolate and stout, lemon and blueberry and vanilla sponge with passionfruit curd and white chocolate buttercream. Decorated with icing pearls and icing flowers. Finished with a big chiffon bow.
